<3.0 gpa, advice?

Hi,

Real quick..

-2.8 undergrad overall gpa
-still want to go to dental school because I know I can do well, recently took some upper div sciences and got As in them
-out of school now (graduated a 4 yr college this june with a bachelor's in biology)

What should I do?

Post-bacc or masters. 2.8 GPA, as you already know, is not competitive.
