3+3 Dental schools?

Could someone give me a list of all the 3+3 dental schools in the US? I tried looking on google with those key words but i found squat. I tried researching this forum too and that didnt help.

they are called 3-4. Nyu has one too (but only with a few undergrad institutions)

SIU has a 3+4 program, but you have to be an undergrad student at SIUe first for three years then you are automatically admitted if you have good enough grades/scores. Not much help cause I doubt you are an Illinois resident.
