Ideally applying this cycle, basically only ED to MUSC since I have strong ties there.
To get to the point my stats are:
3.449 cGPA
504 MCAT
2500 hours bio office assistant
2600 hours PCP family scribe
400 hours ER tech
210 hours personal touch volunteer
50 hours scattered volunteering
Pre-SOMA founder and president of the chapter at my school
Other random club leadership positions
Any thoughts?

I am a resident of South Carolina. Non-URM. As I said, mainly just MUSC and some scattered DO schools.

Apply to all your SC state MD schools. For DO you should be able to receive interviews with your stats. Consider these schools:
ACOM
LMU-DCOM
UP-KYCOM
WVSOM
CUSOM
VCOM (all 3 schools)
PCOM-Georgia
