just received my mcat score 11P/9V/10BS... should i retake if i want a chance at MDs? I'm a CA resident and asian..

Do you honestly think you can do better? If so, sure, retake, otherwise sit on your 30 and see what happens. If you went to a good UG and have a lot of unique experiences, you might be able to get an MD acceptance outside of CA

People tend to do better on practice exams than on the real thing. If I were you, I'd probably just hold onto the 30

30 is good. Don't let CA hold you back. Get the MSAR. There is plenty of love for 30 OOS.

I was averaging 32 and got a 29 and I have multiple MD interviews 2 as an OOS and am Asian with a GPA of 3.6. If you have good EC's , apply early and have good letters and essays I think you could get one.
