3.57cgpa 3.42sgpa 521 MCAT upward trend

Due to my somewhat discordant stats, I need all the help I can get with compiling a school list for this cycle. I've poured over the MSAR and the forums here, but I'd appreciate if I could get input on my tentative school list.

WA resident, Biochemistry major
ORM

3.57cgpa 3.42sgpa strong upward trend
521 MCAT (recently took and still can't believe it!)

What do you guys think about my chances for these schools? Any suggestions? I understand my sgpa, in particular, is on the lower side but I'm hoping my upward trend and MCAT can get me some love...
