Your numbers are fairly average for admitted students, so not in dire need of 'repair'. Are there any 'low hanging fruit' improvements you can make? For example, were your MCAT practice tests consistently 34-35 or better, where you'd have good reason to believe a quick retake could help? Or do you have so few science credits that just a few classes could raise your SGPA? If not, then I'd suggest leaving these alone.
You didn't mention your EC's, so for the sake of argument, let's assume they're average also. Focus your efforts here as if you assume you will need to reapply -- though in reality, it's far too early to make that assumption.
Why? -- Ramping up your ECs will give you interesting things to talk about in your interviews, assuming you get some, and demonstrate that you really care about ____ because you're doing it post-application. Worst case, it'll look far better to do more now rather than waiting until winter/spring to then do a panic activity.
