Michigan Resident
Biology major/Chem minor - MCAT breakdown is about equal with CARS a little higher
Good leadership and president of volunteer club on campus
100+ doctor observation hours
140 hospital volunteer hours
1,000+ hours Clinical employment in hospital Radiology and Surgery departments - almost all w/ direct patient contact
A year's worth of research with poster presentation
Open to both MD and DO - understand chances are better with DO and I'm 100% fine with that -I'm out here trying to be a doctor haha - is it worth applying MD as well or just DO? Any advice which schools I should focus? I'm working on getting everything verified to send apps soon.

Thank you!

unless you feel like retaking the mcat In would do DO school

It would be worth applying to some of your Michigan schools such as Central Michigan and Michigan State. Concentrate on your DO application and apply to at least 10 DO schools and include MSUCOM.
