3.67C & 3.59S 510 MCAT

Grades and MCAT are in the subject line. I have a good amount of research (one summer program and about 2.5 years at my undergrad) and volunteering (some leadership positions). In addition, I shadowed 2 doctors for several months and have observed a surgery.

I want to apply to every school in Florida (I'm a resident) as well as NYMC, NYU- are there any other schools I should add?

You're best chance at an interview and cheapest options will be your state schools. Faha gave you a good list of OOS private schools. If you're looking for another NY school, Albany is worth considering.
