Concur. To make your life simpler, OP, eliminate ALL public schools (except in yor home state, if any), as they prefer the home team, and your imbalanced MCAT is below avg. Even simpler: retake the MCAT.

I don't think Nebraska is very keen on out of state people either.
 
It seems like you have a good amount of volunteer experience so I would look into applying to VCU. They are not as stats-focused and really love seeing applicants who are very involved in the community. Good luck!

After some further consideration now that I'm half-way through my cycle I'd definitely say remove Tulane. They screen pretty heavy for stats (and especially MCATs)
