3.75gpa and 3.53science gpa, 13 W'S, and 30 MCAT

What tier of schools should I apply to? Im worried about the 13 W's so I dont really know were I stand as to were to apply to. I have a bunch of research experience as well and 1 publication and about 300 hours of volunteer time. The W's that I recieved were late in my education. I would also like to add that I am a URM, and come from a disadvantaged background.
