Application is top heavy with very little primary care and no service orientation activities. It looks more like someone who should pursue a biomedical PhD at a medical school for the "stretch" schools on the list. Is there a reason why you aren't considering this?

Your non clinical volunteering is teaching only. You should accumulate 200+ hours of non clinical volunteering such as food bank, homeless shelter, etc. . Otherwise, you could be screened out at some schools. Rush expects many more hours of non clinical volunteering than you have.

I’m not considering a PhD because I realized I don’t have enough of a passion for basic science research. I spent so many hours on it because it was the first activity I did in undergrad, and realized it wasn’t for me. After doing clinical research I realized that’s what I’m more interested in.

Also any suggestions for primary care and service activities? I previously thought my work at the schools counted but I am happy to start something else!
