3.8 cGPA but 30Q MCAT

I have 3.8 cGPA and 3.77 sGPA
My MCAT scores are...

11 BS
10 VR
9 PS

giving me a 30Q. I have a lot of ECs and leadership positions, volunteer and research experience, as well as shadowing. I'm from MA

I'm just concerned about my MCAT. Should I retake the MCAT? And if not, what schools should I look to apply to.
