I think your list looks solid, nice balance of schools

Rush and Loyola expect many more clinical patient exposure hours than you have. Louisville and Toledo accept few applicants with no connection to the state or region. I suggest these schools with your stats:
Mercer
Medical College Georgia
Emory
NOVA MD
Florida Atlantic
Florida International
Central Florida
Tulane
TCU-UNT
Medical College Wisconsin
Western Michigan
Oakland Beaumont
Wayne State
Cincinnati
Ohio State
Wake Forest
Virginia Commonwealth
Eastern Virginia
George Washington
Penn State
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
Seton Hall
Albany
New York Medical College
Hofstra
Einstein
