Would the 503 hurt my chances at Top 5 schools?

Depends on how strong your ECs are. Many schools average the MCATs, so that 503 won't help you. Congrats on the retake. Are you URM, economically disadvantaged, or have a compelling story? Any research?

I'm no ADCOM, but with the little information you have provided, your chances don't look stellar at top 5. You should apply more broadly.
