3 Very Quick Questions:

When viewed from the sagittal plane and progressing anteriorly the axial inclination of anterior teeth:
a) inclines bucally
b) inclines lingually

I'm sure they incline bucally, but for some reason I think the answer is B and that i'm reading the question wrong.

The greater the horizontal overlap (overjet) of anterior teeth, then the
a) shorter the cusps on posterior teeth
b) greater the intercondylar distance
c) lesser the intercondylar distance
d) more obtuse the bennet angle
e) less obtuse the bennet angle

I think the answer is A but it doesnt make perfect sense to me.

A patient has extremely wide notched teeth in the mandibular left central incisor region. Clinically and radiographically, examinations reveal 28 teeth have erupted but the wisdom teeth have not. Which condition exists
a) Fusion
b) dens in dante
c) concrescence
d) dilaceration
e) gemination

I think it might be between A or C. Geminination is fusion of the roots. Fusion is union of 2 adjacent tooth germs. Gemination is partial cleavage of a tooth germ. Can someone help me out? Thanks.

answer 1
incline buccally[maximum for maxillary central incisor 28 degree]

answer 2
increase overjet smaller cusps

answer 3
concrescense..

I messed up the definitions above

Concrescence - fusion of teeth at the roots
Gemination - Abnormally shaped crown that is extra wide due to the development of two crowns from one tooth germ.

It IS GEMINATION! Thanks.
