are these drops or Ws? Because those are two different things. Drops occur early (in the drop/add period) and don’t show up in transcripts. Ws are usually done later for various reasons and do appear on transcripts. Regardless even a few Ws won’t effect your chances especially when 2 of the 3 have very good reasons
Like @Dr panda said, if it's already on your transcript, it's too late to worry.
Work on strengthening your application and be prepared to answer any questions regarding those Ws if asked in interviews. I have a W (early in my career) and a C+ (late in my career) and have interviews. Didn't mention them at all in secondaries if asked about "red flags" and haven't been asked about it in interviews yet (only attended one so far). Keep your head up! Remember, we aren't all perfect.
