So I have been trying to find the answer to this, but haven't had much luck yet, if there is a thread somewhere and someone has the link I would really appreciate that.

Anyways, I am applying to plenty of dental schools, and the 'time to degree' ranges quite a bit from school to school (from 36 months to 48 or so). My question is, is a school that takes only 36 months to complete (like USC) much harder than a typical 4 year school? I know that the each school has general guidelines to follow as far as information to teach, but does that equate to a much harder time at dental school?

Thanks

There is only one 3 year program, and it's Pacific.
i meant UOP (i knew it was in california..) but there are some schools that are still less than 48 months, do they just end up cramming the extra courses into the curriculum?

Most schools (pacific excluded) are a 44 Month Curriculum. Matriculate in September and graduate 44 months later in May. :prof:
