3 year US residency

If I did a 3 year residency in the US but the length of the residency in Canada is 4 years (as it is for Pediatrics)
Let's say I am licensed/board certified pediatrician in the US but in the future I wanted to return to Canada to work what are the steps that I would have to take?

You could do a fellowship which counts toward the year of training. Normally people do one extra year of residency if absolutely required (i.e. J1 visa only, no intention of pursuing fellowship).
