30+ Mcat Study Habits... did it help?

I realize that there are a lot of MCAT studying advice on this forum. I'm just wondering if anyone was suffering, read the 30+ MCAT study habit thread, and then improved their scores?

I've been discussing with a friend on how he can study for his MCATs, and I feel like whatever advice I give are mute points. At the end of the day, the real advice seems to be "study hard."

For those studying right now, what was the take away message of the 30+ MCAT Studying Habit thread?

I found the thread to be useful for assessing the quality/usefulness of prep material for the most part. It's a given that I should expect myself to work hard if I want a 30+.
