30 Semester hours of soc/hum. requirement for USC?

Hi guys, I am a graduating senior about to apply for med school this june. As I was checking requirements for USC keck school of medicine, I noticed that you need 30 semester hours of soc/humanities as an undergrad. I go to UC with the quarter system, and I was wondering if you guys can tell me how many units(in quarter) '30 semester hours' are.

P.S. also do pass/no pass classes count?
