OMG thanks I checked earlier and didn't see anything... now I see Columbia, Tufts, UoP and Temple... are all waiting for my DAT score!!!! :X Back to studying...

yay! progress! 🙂 yup no word from lecom either. hmmm..
 
all of the schools in my AADSAS school decision list are listed twice. anyone elses?

No word from Howard either, 3rd batch.
 
bump! did anyone from 3rd batch receive interview invites?
I think I saw one person from third batch that got an interview from NYU yesterday.
How about Case and NOVA? 😕
It's so nerve racking when people from the same batch get interviews but not me... :boom:

this. ive been freaking out all day after i saw that one third batcher get an invite to nyu :/
 
^agreed. but i guess its not so bad since i didnt apply to any of those 😛. gotta stay positive 🙂

and i finally heard from temple today at 630 am, still no word from lecom though.

I'm from third batch and got an interview from Case last week. Don't stress too hard. I'm sure you'll hear soon.
 
but you are the one that was in the first or second batch when the app was mailed out, but updated with more stuff on the third batch? haha such a creeper (shows how nervous I am right now with all these interview invites!!!) I will consider you as one of the first batch people, just to make me feel better. haha Congrats on your interview invite!
 
@Denticle, would you mind sharing what day you got your Case invite? 🙂

were they really in the 3rd batch? i thought they were 2nd batchers.

Nope lol. I had a lot of problems this cycle. I submitted June 7th but there was this huge mixup/ misunderstanding between the ADA and me so my transcript didn't get in until June 27th. Everything was mailed July 13th. My DAT still hasn't been verified yet. Just try to be patient. 🙂
@Bluesprite got the invite July 18th.
 
Heard from Temple and Lecom today! Both are (of course) waiting for DAT scores which will be available in August when I finally take the thing. I also got the supp app from Temple (easy app w/ fee).

I'm right there with you my friend. I applied to both those schools, haven't heard or seen anything, but Case finally put "under review" on my AADSAS page. I'm guessing the majority of third batchers haven't heard back yet from these schools, so that means while they may have started going through the third batches, perhaps they aren't done yet.
 
I heard from Temple today as well. I didn't know a 3rd batcher already got an interview invite from NYU 🙁 Still no word from LECOM. I feel like a crazy old man. I spend all day checking my email and spam mail 2342234235 times then i spend all night dreaming that I got the emails I was waiting on all day haha

So WesternU finally updated my info on their site where I did the secondary; they received my AADSAS stuff and scores.. Still searching for that one science teacher to write me a letter, I'm running out of options!! :scared:

Lol glad I'm not the only one. I'm not even joking I had a dream about Case last night, and this morning when I checked my AADSAS, Case appeared under status Received/Under review. 😀

Hm... some teachers are away for the summer but some teach summer classes... are they not responding to your emails? Maybe you could visit one of them during office hours (if they have summer office hours) and just ask them right then. It might also help to give them a resume, PS, and anything else you think might help them. Good luck! :xf:
 
Yea I've been emailing them because I am home for the summer and my school is 100miles away. I know they're reading my emails because I check the option so that when they read it I get an email saying they did (hehe).. But I'm going to start emailing dental schools and explaining what happened to see what they say

"The Admissions Committee has reviewed your file and a decision has not yet been made. Your file is currently on hold and will be reviewed again when DAT scores have been received by AADSAS."

No supp app attached/linked.

I got the NOVA interview as well! Ugh I'm not pleased with my selection of dates though ha. I have a feeling I'm going to have exams on whatever day I end up choosing, as those dates are near midterm for me 🙁

Does it actually say "under review?" Mine says "received/waiting additional information" I'm pretty sure I turned everything in though. Hmm..

Wait, I got ahead of myself I guess. I've got the same status as you and I'm pretty sure I've got everything in as well. I'd like to call them and investigate but it's a bit early to begin pestering I think.
 
For those of you that got NOVA interview invites... how were you informed? email? for some reason I cant log in to their Webstar anymore. and when did yall get the application complete email??

I got an email this morning saying I'm invited for an interview and go here to schedule. My AADSAS was mailed out 7/13 and Nova sent me an email the 16th saying they got my app, and on the 18th sent me another email to fill out their supplemental app.
 
Congrats on the interviews guys! What's the NOVA supplementary like if you don't mind me asking. Is it long?

NOVA's was awesomely short. They've been so cool during the app process that they've seriously jumped up a few spots on my list. Surely their cooperation and professionalism throughout the application process reflects the integrity of their program.

Anyone apply to/hear from USC? They were the first to cash my check and one of the last few i havent heard anything from haha
