Guys 4th edition goljan is too long and too many extra topics. I am thinking of doin 3rd edition revised. The red book. R there many differences between the two books?plz help me..what to do.

If you're so concerned with length, just go Pathoma instead. You won't get the same physiology and biochem, but it sounds like you don't care about that anyway.
