Are there any programs in the northeast that will take 3rd year students for elective rotations? There is no home program at my hospital

I would register for and search VSAS for your programs of interest.

VSAS is geared to 4th year students. He/she would have to contact the programs and/or hospitals directly. Many won't accept a 3rd year but there's a few that will. Good luck!
