i hve four dyas left and have read through FA once and secrets twice and went through all of usmleworld and about 600 q's on kaplan qbank. I was hoping to get advice what will be most useful in these few days left. i have annotated my first aid while taking the questions and was thinking about going through that. the other thing is i could do more questions either from uslme wrold which woudl be repeats or from kaplan.

Don't know my score yet so take this with a grain of salt...

It sounds like we did about the same thing to prepare. I too had my FA packed full of UW pearls and had intended to read it before the exam. I started reading but found that it was too hard for me to focus and I really felt like I knew most of it (at least well enough to pick out the correct answer). I changed my plans and did about 2 question blocks a day or incorrect questions- that way I'd feel like I was still keeping my brain active and I didn't run much of a risk of having a demorilizing test score. I also read all of Deja review, the top 100 secrets (which wasn't too useful), and the rapid review in the back of FA.
