Hi guys need some help, I took uwsa 1 in sep 1st week & scored 232 with 64% avg on 4 blocks later I fell sick & took a break for around 20 days. Started uworld in sep last week & completed 35% of the bank. Hence decided to assess for any improvement & took 4 random blocks of uworld on which I scored 83%, 70%,78% & 68% with an overall avg of 75% can I caliculate any 3digit score from it just for a rough estimate with + or - 10. Plz help guys. Just want to know where I stand. Exam in 6 weeks.

No, you can't. Take an NBME. Those are the only self-assessments that even come close to being somewhat predictive.

There are 6 different NBME forms. You should be spending more time revising, than assessing yourself in the last few weeks.
