4 year omfs externships

Hey everyone,
I am looking to add a few more externships to my list and am mainly looking to apply to 4 year programs. Im set up to go to Oklahoma and UT Knoxville and was wondering if anyone some programs that they would recommend spending time at? Any advice or recommendations would be much appreciated.

I've heard good things about UCSF Fresno, Medstar in DC and Monte in NY
