How International dentists can apply for 4 year dental program

I have a gpa of 3.95, and a Masters degree in Health Adminstration
I cleared both NBDE, TOEFL 112, 1 year observership and assisting in USA.
Got invited by 5 universities-
1 rejected, 2 waitlisted, 2 waiting for result.

I dont want to waste 1 more year but instead apply to 4 year program, i need help.
Please suggest how to pursue my career..
