For those who are taking the DAT on Friday, what do you suggest to go over for the next ~1.5 days...:scared: :scared: :scared: :scared: :scared: :scared:

first of all review little bit of everything, so every subject will have a little "shelf" in your head (things cannot be all over!!!), formulas, conversions......second relax!!!! this is so important and I mean it !!! it's so upsetting when u go there and u see the questions but so nervous that u can't answer it (trust me been there, retaking it now).....the day of your exam you CANNOT BE NERVOUS, calm yourself down and go with the flow!! 🙂 GOOD LUCK!! on friday and I"m waiting for u to post those amazing scores 20+!!!! 🙂

thank you Blueyes...how did you calm yourself down on the test day?

If I can get enough sleep the night before the test day, I'd like to do the following...

8-9AM -- go to the gym for an hour (swim and run)
9-10AM -- go home to do the last min study and meditate for 15 mins
10-11AM -- starbuck's time, I want to get there at least 1/2 hour early. hopefully my heart rate will go down a little
11AM -- 3:30 (you know what!!!)

Suggestions, anyone?

:scared: <== ME!!

It seems like everything i concentrate on goes up, but then everything else is lacking.

Achiever 1 = PAT 16
Gchem 19
Ochem 19

Just finished Achiever 2 = PAT 21
Gchem 16
Ochem 15 ???

It was recommended not to take any practice exams the day before, but I really want to try Achiever 3 tomorrow. What do you guys think?

As for review, Im going through Destroyer again, but only the problems I missed 1st time around.

I was thinking about going to the gym tonight, but I don't want to get hurt or anything. So, Im just going to stay home where its safe..lol...

Oh, and also; Any suggestions on what not to eat the day before test? i.e. mayonase, ham, turkey, oh and powerade. Gatorade is ok though, so Im told.

I think I'm going to bring trail mix, gatorade, and a powerbar for the break?

sound like a good plan, but i would cut gym and swim (that's just me ), first time i was taking it i was way too nervous and i was takin it at 4:30 p.m. (never again, always taking it in the morning), i didn't come myself that day all i could think of that day is HOLY MOLY ITS HERE AND I DON'T KNOW ANYTHING 🙂)............BE CALM THAT'S THE KEY TO DAT!!!

I want to simulate the test day as much as possible, so I got up early this morning to go to the gym (didn’t get hurt &#61514😉 for an hour, when I got out I felt good, my mind was wide awake and I was enthusiastic to do some problems.

One comment, DO NOT DRINK Gatorade because you won’t have time to get up every minute (literally) to use the restroom. I already checked out the place, there is only ONE restroom (M&F) for the entire center. The last thing I want is to wait in the line while think how many more min left on your test
