What are my chances for general surgery, radiology, or internal medicine? Assuming barely any EC and 0 research. Any help would be really appreciated!! Its been a crazy 2 years.

Just parroting SDN, once you have a Step 1 score your Comlex won’t really matter as long as you passed and can move on.

Apply broad and to less popular areas and Gen Surg, Rads should be okay. IM is the usual mid-to-low tier university. Maybe communiversity in more popular areas, would help to get get a poster or two/case study out.

The new "Interactive Charting Outcomes" would theoretically answer this question for you. It's here: Interactive Charting Outcomes in the Match - The Match, National Resident Matching Program
Unfortunately, the answer it gives is that 100% of people with a COMLEX L1 <500 and S1 230-239 matched in IM, but there were only 2 people who had that combination. So not all that helpful, or very reassuring, depending on how you look at it.
