4th year electives - UVA, Vanderbilt, others

Hi all,

Does anyone have any suggestions for 4th year medicine and/or pediatrics subspecialty electives in the Southeastern United States? I'm particularly interested in programs at UVA and Vanderbilt, but any advice about programs in DC, Atlanta, or the Carolinas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I know I may seem biased from my username, but whatever. EVMS/CHKD in Norfolk, VA has a fantastic peds program with fantastic attendings. I did my acting internship in peds wards and a month in peds endo there. I would have stayed for residency but I've been living in VA for 25 years now. I hear peds ID is also a great rotation.
