4th year planning

Hi friends,

I am beginning my 4th year planning and had a few questions:

1) When do interviews typically occur (Nov-Dec?Dec-Jan?, etc)

2) When is the best time to a rad onc rotation? early as possible?

3) When considering doing away rotations, which places are know to have a good esprit de corps?
