200+ hours of research (nothing published)
200+ hours of shadowing MDs (family medicine and ortho surgeon)
300+ hours of clinical (free clinic)
1000+ hours community service

Work Experience:
400+ hours private tutor (highschool-college level chemistry and biology)


What are my chances for MD schools? School list recommendations?
I will definitely be applying to DO, but I need to shadow a DO for obvious reasons.

The 2 AZ schools combined admitted only 54 non residents last year. Some of those attended the undergraduate schools, are legacies or URM. Your chances are low with your MCAT.
