The 517 is a tad on the low side for many T20s. That is more an issue than the BB score, imo. The 517 with your GPA may get them to check the Outstanding box on your application for Academics but some may check the next box down Excellent instead. It may depend on how they view the quality of your UG school; a few top schools they will give a bump to.
