I'm freaking out, I got a 54 on the pre-Naplex and my exam
is in 3 days on Friday. Did anyone get that low of a score on pre-Naplex and actually pass the Naplex or is it a good idea that I reschedule?

From what I've read on here, Pre-Naplex is not predictive. Search for "Pre-Naplex" threads on here and you'll see what I mean. I took pre-naplex about 3 weeks ago and got a 74. I haven't let up on the studying though. I take the NAPLEX next week. I thought about it (taking the pre again), but I'm not going to take the pre-naplex again. If I was to get a lower score, I'm sure it would be pretty disturbing being this close to the actual test.

Do you feel pretty confident? What are you using to study? If RxPrep, you doing ok on the quizzes?

The Pre-NAPLEX results for most people suggest that it is not a very strong indicator for how well you will perform on the real deal. Anecdote: I took it twice, before I started studying I got a 114. Two weeks before the NAPLEX I got a 75. Then I got a 124 on the NAPLEX. Many people on here seem to have had a similar experience. I can't say that your results will be the same.

The bottom line is that if you feel like you're ready, then you probably are. If you feel like you're weak in some areas then consider rescheduling. No one knows your abilities better than you.

There are random topics that I feel weak like anti-arrhythmics, transplant (haven't looked at much), DDI and some others but I feel like I've done the core therapeutics areas well and I did the 120 SDN problems as well.

I'm using Rxprep to use study and I did some of the online quizzes for it and scored about 70s in them.

I would take the Pre-Naplex again immediately and see how you score. If you still are scoring below 75 then yes I would reschedule it for a month away and STUDY hardcore and get more than just RxPrep to study from (RxPrep is the best in my opinion but obviously not enough - send me a PM for additional recommendations). Prontopass, APhA, and PharmPrep are some examples.

Good Luck!

Pls can some good person help me with rxprep quiz bank mine juz expired n I ve less than 2 weeks to naplex exam. Thanks 🙂
