I don't know how to interpret the resuls from the comlex. is a 576/87 ok for most things like IM, EM, Peds, PM&R, Psych......

Boards are not everything, of course. These scores will not guarantee you a spot but they are certainly not going to preclude you from getting a residency, especially in the fields that you mentioned. Good job, by the way! The average is 500 so you are definitely in the competitive range.

Yes it is a great score for all those specialties. PM&R and Psych have on average the lowest board scores.
