5th ed Miller companion CD

I just made a copy of the 5th ed Miller 'companion' CD from my anesthesia program's library. The CD was formatted in pre XP days and for some d--- reason it will not load on my XP OS. Anyone know what to do to make this CD work?

Try copying all of the disk onto your hard drive in a single folder and installing it from there.
