Do anybody know when you are admitted straight from highschool to a 6-years pharmacy program, do you have guaranty admission to the Pharm-D program? Is there any special requirement concerning the minimum GPA? 🙂

wasting a thread on a topic that has already been covered extensively doesn't either!

🙄

i'll just say it anyways, though you can use the search bar. No, after two pre-professional years, you'll have to apply again. You need a certain gpa, such as a 3.2 or higher, in order to advance to the professional years; the last four years. But in some schools, if you have such a good grade, they do offer direct entry program, where you'll be guaranteed admission for 6 straight years, as long as you maintain the minimum gpa...it is extremely difficult to get accepted to that program.

Thanks so much for this clear answer LuckyPharmD.stu 😉 . Do you know if UOP belongs to this kind of difficult program to get in? I think that in CA, there are 2 schools that offer a 6-years program such as UOP and USC. Is it right?
