I’ve had 7 interviews so far and it’s almost complete silence (one waitlist). My stats are good (514 3.8 from top public university). Took 4 gap years (ophthalmic head tech and working at a biotech startup helping fundraiser and w the science). Volunteering at a harm reduction center and community garden. I would say I’m pretty personable but I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. I’m too stressed and depresso to type out the details of my entire app but I’ll take any interview tips and feedback

Statistically speaking, with 7 interviews, one of them should end up as an A. For the schools where you interviewed at, have others who interviewed after your date already heard back and/or did the school mention when you should expect to hear back by?

Unfortunately, a large part of this process is just waiting... No news post-interview is not necessarily bad news as it means your application is still under active review. Just my thoughts.

So, we come to the point in the cycle when I explain the Mardi Gras rule which is that you must not worry about not having offers of admission until after Mardi Gras which falls this year on February 17th. Hang tight. As @Moko says, seven interviews is likely to result in at least one offer.

Have you been invited to any "re-visit" programming yet?

I have some reading for you:
