I know that USF is under 900 per credit hour for out of state students. Private wise I *think* Drexel may be as well. Ironically enough Emory ends up being 900 exactly for me. They have a flat tuition for full time students at 12,600 a semester. I am taking 14 credit hours. I know some people taking as many as 17 and as few as 11.
 
Come to Columbia. It's 1286 a credit hour but you can get a nice grant/scholarship if you apply early for financial aid and have the GRE scores and GPA.
