I think you have a very good chance. Congrats! All of your scores went up and you did well across the board.

Can you give us some advice from your DAT experience?

Thank you.. I really hope I get in. It's been really hard on me emotionally to have to take a year off. I'm not sure if anyone else feels this way but I really wish this didnt have to happen. I wish everyone luck. Those of you who do well, more power to you. I've just always been a bad test taker. Even after taking the exam, there is not one thing I can tell you that I wish I had more time to study. I thought I had a good grasp of every concept 🙁

Anyways, about the exam, from experience I think this year's exam is more difficult than last year's in terms of sciences. I didnt know it well enough last year but knowing more this year, I can tell you I thought it was pretty challenging. I think my scores would have been higher last year with my preparation for this years exam.

RC- I had very interesting topics, and I enjoyed doing it. Last year I remember I had passages about the ice age or something about early earth. Then I had some other boring concepts. I got 20's on topscore in the reading but somehow even with the interesting passages this year, I dont know why I only have an 18 there. Oh and mine were all science based topics.

BIO- know destroyer in and out.

Genchem and orgo, not sure what advice to give, I was doing better on practice and I thought I could have done better. I had just as many as setting up the formulas as I did conceptual.

QR- I thought it was simple. I didnt know about 3. I should have done better.

PAT- crack the pat and topscore are probably the best practice out there. Angles were tough. They all looked identical to me.

thanks decan, im not happy with the scores but im happy its over. have you heard from schools yet?

I think that you have good scores...as for schools, nope. AADSAS shows that Kentucky has recieved my application and its under review. Louisville asked for secondary payment, so I assume they're looking at it now. Out of the 7 schools I applied to, those are the only two schools that have contacted me so far. I'm a little worried.

How about yourself?
