Thanks to everyone that has helped me along the way. Second time taking the DAT, was looking to do lot better but didn't quite execute in BIO and RC which crushed my TS/AA.

PAT 24 (98.1) 20
QR 19 (91.2) 15
RC 18 (38.0) 23
BIO 18 (63.9) 17
GC 22 (91.8) 19
OC 21 (85.7) 21
TS 20 (85.2) 19
AA 20 (87.6) 19

Last years scores http://forums.studentdoctor.net/showthread.php?t=861137

This time around I relied on Cliffs, Chads, 2009 OAT Destroyer, datqvault, TopScore and Crack the PAT. Link to my practice scores: https://dl.dropbox.com/u/1009162/scores.png Don't be discouraged with practice score results, its all about learning from what you got wrong.

PAT: Only section I breezed through, finished with 10 minutes left. During my 15 minute tutorial I set up grids for the PAT section, I was worried about angle rankings but it wasn't bad at all. Thanks to xJtrandx for his line of symmetry method for hole punching (http://forums.studentdoctor.net/showthread.php?t=937274&highlight=hole+punching). Saw some weird pattern folding questions that I had never seen in Crack the PAT.

QR: I studied the trig. functions (from lack of last time) and wrote them all down during my 15 minute break, but only encountered 2 trig problems. Had lots of long word problems that took longer then they should have and so I ran out of time to get back to the 7-8 I had marked.

RC: 1-bone mechanism, 2- antibiotics, 3-herbal medicine. I struggled with the first passage and couldn't find some answers quick enough and then I felt like I was rushing through the other two passages to make up time. I had about 7-8 tone questions which blew.

BIO: Just as random as the first time I took the DAT. I got Cliff's like everyone recommends and quickly read through it once and took notes. Reviewed the notes over and over again along with Destroyer and datqvault both twice. I had about 11 marked and knew I was in trouble. I would definitely read through Cliffs in detail at least twice if I were to do it again. Some of those questions asked were so specific and involved heavy interpretation.

GC/OC: I went through all of the GC/OC Destroyer problems in last two days. I wish I had focused on Chad's quizzes and mastering this videos instead. Some of the simple conceptual questions I felt unsure about.

With that said, how will schools look at my decrease in RC scores (23 to 18) and my 18 in BIO along with my 3.15sGPA? Applied to 15 schools: AZ, BU, Case, LECOM, MWU-IL, NYU, Temple, Tufts, Buffalo, Uconn, Maryland, UMDNJ, Pitt, USC, Western.

20/20/24 is excellent. You improved in every section except RC, but it still is above the average. You will get interviews assuming your GPA is decent. Congrats on the improvement!!
