Is this the general set-up of peds programs? I understand internship is this way at most peds programs across the board, but are there any programs that get more humane during the 2nd and 3rd years? Specifically, what are the 2nd/3rd year schedules like at UCSF, Stanford, CHO, UCSD or UCLA? Thanks to anyone who has any insight!
