So I'm almost done with FA( 2 sections left). I still have a ton of world left though. I've been doing random questions and have found that they are starting to really help me review all the topics.

Question- Should I just crank out as many questions as possible before I take the beast of focus more on Reviewing FA.

I'd focus on FA. If I had read through that sucker one more time, I would have missed very few questions on the Step II.

Random questions will help you get fast at doing questions, but will leave holes in certain subject areas.
