OK, I'm really in a bind, if a bind can be created by an unintentional DAT delay of a week or two.
I took my first DAT in late August, and I need to take it again. The 90 day waiting period ends Nov. 27th. Only AFTER sending all schools a note describing that I will be taking my second DAT in late November, and AFTER paying for my DAT retake today, did I get a reminder on the receipt that only after 90 days has lapsed, the ADA will be processing my application to retake the DAT! This means late November will probably turn into early December--- NOT what I told dental schools today (I didn't know till I saw the receipt). What should I do?? I emailed the ADA today, and am not really expecting any positive responses from them. Should I re-contactthe schools and let them know the situation? I'm worried they will define early December as too late.
Please help, anyone.
Thanks.
