Apply to schools with your present NBDE score and send NYU a requesting letter that you will submit your updated TOEFL score soon. Book your TOEFL exam date as soon as possible. Try looking for centers outside your town. I'm sure you will get date somewhere soon. If not, book 16th January (I guess .. that's date you're getting, right?) ... give your best shot and update your TOEFL score soon to NYU. (I don't know how the system works in NYU but if the director has some heart, he/she will listen to your request for sure. You have excellent GPA and NBDE score, dont worry and be positive!!)
