Hello, I have scored an 83 in toefl, but I’ll definitely take the toefl again next month. My question is that can I submit my application via caapid and than update my toefl scores next month? Will the schools get the updated scores of toefl?

As long as there is no min TOEFL score requirement, you can apply.
