Get a 30+ (32+ would be ideal) and you should be fine. I would retake the MCAT by June before applying (a 4.0 and 26 MCAT doesn't match up). Also apply EARLY.

For what schools: buy the MSAR.
 
Just start studying again, maybe aim for a late may or June date to give yourself 2-3 months of study time. If you can score a 32+ I think you would be solid.

If you don't want to take it again tho, then apply to DO schools, I think you would still be competitive since the average MCAT is 27 (I think) and your gpa is way higher than the average.
