This is actually a question for a friend of mine-- He just sent in his secondary to Western and is super excited- how will applying in december alter his chances of acceptance?

I think it's kind of late to submit secondary now, but you can never tell. I hope your friend gets accepted. Based on comment from a Western Rep at <a href="http://www.interviewfeedback.com," target="_blank">www.interviewfeedback.com,</a> a very BIG majority of accepted Western applicants list Western as their top choice which means that wait list may not help that much.
