I emailed my pre-med adviser at the college and he still has not responded to my question so here I am. Could not find something that helped my questions so would it be wise to either:

A. Retake the science classes I made a C in and nothing else with it?

B. Retake the science classes I made a C in and upper level science classes along with them?

I am applying to DO schools.

Thanks

option B would strengthen your application if you do well in all your classes.

Assuming you're going to do well in those upper-level classes, yes, definitely do that. Show the adcoms you can handle a tough courseload.

It would pull up your GPA as well.

Remember that AMCAS will average retakes together, while AACOMAS will replace retakes. Just a little quirk to take into account, depending on where you choose to apply.
