A couple chem questions

First- do they usually supply constants like Planck's = 6.626 x 10^-34, etc or should we memorize all of those?

Second- when they ask questions where you need to know mass or atomic number do they usually supply it or should I memorize the periodic table (common elements)?

they give you the weights of the elements and you figure out the molar mass. i beleive that they give you the constant as well.

I didn't have any questions that needed a constant. I would say memorize Avogadro's number though because that seems like plausible questions could be asked from that. Otherwise, they give you any info you might need as said above.
